GGCS Student Poster Competition
The 2017 Global Grand Challenges Summit will include an opportunity for students to present research posters. Graduate and undergraduate students are invited to submit abstracts of their research for consideration. Research presentations related to the Grand Challenges are particularly encouraged. Select abstracts will be chosen for poster presentation during an extended lunchtime session at the Summit. A panel of judges will select five to ten posters as best in class and the winning poster authors will receive a monetary prize. Abstract Submission Guidelines
• The body of the abstract should be 250 words or less, not including the title, authors, affiliations or conflicts of interest.
• The first word in the title should be in uppercase.
• Please list all of the authors with first name, last name, position and institutional affiliation.
• Submit abstracts in Word format
• The authors give the National Academy of Engineering permission for publication in print, online webpage, and other electronic media.
• All conflicts of interest should be described in detail.
• Authors are able to submit multiple abstracts.
Abstracts will be judged based on their originality, relevance, and potential impact.
